Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Conejo Studio (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and publishing tools, including TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting API integrations.
1. Who we are
Conejo Studio helps creators prepare, review, and publish short-form videos to TikTok. Contact for privacy questions: Telegram @AleksBer.
2. Information we collect
- Account & authorization data. When you connect TikTok, we receive tokens and profile identifiers that TikTok provides (for example open_id, display name, avatar URL) and the scopes you approve.
- Content you submit. Videos, captions, privacy settings, and disclosure flags you choose to publish through the Service.
- Usage data. Basic technical logs such as timestamps, publish status responses from TikTok, and error messages needed to operate the Service.
- Contact messages. Information you send us via Telegram or other channels when you ask for support.
3. How we use information
- To authenticate you with TikTok and publish content you explicitly request.
- To show publish status, troubleshoot failed uploads, and improve reliability.
- To respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your TikTok content for advertising networks.
4. TikTok platform data
Publishing uses TikTok’s official APIs. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Tokens are stored only as needed to keep your connection active and to complete posts you initiate. You can revoke access at any time in your TikTok account settings; after revocation we stop calling TikTok on your behalf.
5. Sharing
We share data only with:
- TikTok, to complete login and content posting that you request.
- Infrastructure providers that host the Service (server/network operators), under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, when required by law.
6. Retention
Authorization tokens are kept while your connection remains active or until you disconnect. Operational logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging, then deleted or anonymized. Content files are processed for publishing and are not kept longer than needed for the publish job unless you ask us to store drafts.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, restricted server access, and least-privilege tokens. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please protect your devices and TikTok credentials.
8. Your choices
- Disconnect TikTok authorization in TikTok settings.
- Ask us to delete stored tokens or draft metadata via Telegram @AleksBer.
- Stop using the Service at any time.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. International users
The Service may be operated from servers outside your country. By using Conejo Studio you understand that information may be processed in those locations with appropriate safeguards.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
