Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Conejo Studio (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Conejo Studio provides tools to help creators connect TikTok accounts, prepare video posts, and publish through TikTok’s official Login Kit and Content Posting API (Direct Post). Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with TikTok’s own terms for creators in your region. You are responsible for the content you publish and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. TikTok platform rules
Publishing on TikTok is subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms. Conejo Studio does not control TikTok availability, review outcomes, privacy options, or rate limits. Unaudited API clients may be limited by TikTok (for example private-only posting) until TikTok approves broader access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Bypass TikTok safety, spam, or authenticity systems.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
- Misrepresent AI-generated or synthetic media where disclosure is required.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of videos and captions you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content solely to operate the publishing features you request. You represent that you have all rights needed to publish the content to TikTok.
6. Accounts & tokens
When you authorize TikTok, tokens may be stored to complete posts. You may revoke access in TikTok settings. We may suspend access if we detect abuse or risk to the platform.
7. No guarantees
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, successful publish on every attempt, or any particular reach, monetization, or ranking on TikTok.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conejo Studio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for outcomes on TikTok’s platform. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the prior three months or (b) USD 50.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Conejo Studio against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
